How HelloStay has developed.
The foundation was laid by Jannik Adam a few years ago, when he began successfully letting his first furnished apartments for short stays – gaining valuable experience in letting and guest care along the way.
Building on this practical experience and a shared vision, HelloStay was born – with the aim of scaling high-quality accommodation professionally and establishing it in the market for the long term.
We have worked closely together for many years and bring experience in finance, project management and strategy. This lets us combine short decision paths with professional expertise – for guests and owners alike.

Lino has been self-employed since 2025 and previously worked in project management at Frankfurter Volksbank Rhein/Main eG. After a dual study programme, he completed a part-time M.Sc. in Corporate Performance & Restructuring at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. His focus is on project and process management and strategic business development.

Jannik works full-time as Corporate Strategy Manager at ALH Gruppe, where he focuses mainly on strategic partnerships. He completed a dual study programme in insurance at DHBW. At HelloStay, he is particularly committed to efficient processes, digital guest services and the sustainable growth of the company.

Selena works full-time as a project lead for digitalisation, process optimisation and transformation at ALH Gruppe. In 2024, she completed her part-time M.Sc. in Corporate Performance & Restructuring at the Frankfurt School as top of her class. At HelloStay, she is primarily responsible for furnishing the apartments and for personal contact with our guests.
